Jane Lyttleton

After training as a research scientist and geneticist at Guys Hospital in London, Jane Lyttleton moved to Australia to study Chinese medicine. She completed these studies in the early 80s and has continued to extend her knowledge and experience by spending time in clinics in China.

Her clinical speciality for the last 25 years has been the treatment of female and male infertility and all other aspects of women's health. 

She has lectured at the University of Western Sydney, University of New South Wales, Macquarie University and University of Westminster, London and has taught courses and seminars in the treatment of infertility to TCM practitioners and doctors in Australia, Canada, China, Switzerland, Germany, New Zealand and the UK. She has presented at IVF conferences in California and Sydney.

Over the years Jane has worked closely with IVF clinics and their patients. She is the founder and clinical director of the "Acupuncture IVF Support clinics" in Sydney and Melbourne and is currently engaged in running clinical trials investigating the effect of acupuncture on embryo implantation in IVF patients.

Jane is author of the acclaimed Treatment of Infertility with Chinese Medicine, published in 2004 by Elsevier Science and now in its 4th reprint in English, and several other languages.

She works at Paddington Medical Centre on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
